New Series: Collective Coaching
Hey beautiful people,
We have another awesome series starting soon at The Stoa. This new series will be hosted by my fellow Torontonian, Yanique Bird.
Yanique has been studying Theory U* for 7 years with the Presencing Institute through MITx. She became a certified practitioner in 2020 and hosted a weekly drop-in coaching circle through a Rebel Wisdom spin-off community. During this time, Yanique adapted the Theory U case clinic tool into the practice now called Collective Coaching.
To get a sense of the practice you can watch the first session here (which includes an amazing presentation from Yanique)…
Collective Coaching maintains the principles and power of the case clinic while making the practice more accessible for those unfamiliar with Theory U or who want to try the process outside of a team context.
At each session, the collective wisdom of the group is channeled to one volunteer (the case-giver), who seeks the group's assistance with the challenge that is most alive for them.
You might be interested in joining this session if you:
Feel stuck in some area of your life.
Would like to see beyond your personal blindspot.
Crave being deeply listened to.
Want to learn and practice deep listening skills.
You can RSVP to the series here …
Collective Coaching w/ Yanique Bird. August 17th, 24th, 31st, and September 7th @ 12:00 PM ET. RSVP here. 2 hours.
